What This Course Is About

Overview

This course prepares learners to launch products successfully into the market. It focuses on crafting strategies to identify ideal customers, align messaging, and prepare a product for launch — with the emphasis on practical application through gamified learning rather than theory on its own.

By the end, learners will be able to draft and implement a comprehensive GTM strategy, understand what customers expect, and evaluate how well that strategy is performing using the right KPIs. Along the way the course covers the four GTM strategies, channels across marketing, sales and distribution, the sales and marketing funnels, and how approaches differ between start-ups, scale-ups, and established companies.

The course is built as microlearning: 22 learning units totalling around four hours of study, structured as 15-minute SCORM units. Learners finish with a completed GTM strategy template of their own.
