Oday Alubaidi

Welcome to the Clinical Laboratory Management Certification Online Course. My name is Oday Alubaidi. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science and a Master’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, and I have worked as a Clinical Laboratory Director for more than seven years across different countries and laboratory settings. Alongside my leadership roles, I have taught as a professor and instructor in Ontario, working with students in both private and community colleges. I am also an ISO 15189 Clinical Laboratory Assessor, certified by the American Accreditation Association (AAA). I’m excited to share my experience with you and help guide your development as a future laboratory leader. Together, we’ll build the knowledge and skills needed to manage modern laboratories with confidence, quality, and excellence.
