✓ A mandatory non-graded final assignment — submitted to the instructor before access to the final exam is granted
✓ A comprehensive final examination — 40 multiple choice, 10 true/false, and 10 scenario-based analytical questions
Minimum passing score: 80% · Two permitted attempts per assessment
Participants may also request an optional 20–30-minute virtual discussion with the instructor to review the final assignment and discuss patient-centred leadership strategies.
