The Integration Series is a four-stage pathway. The first three courses form the core integration journey; the fourth stage, the Advanced Diploma, is the formal next step for those who choose to pursue laboratory leadership. Course 3 completes your integration and earns the certificate that tells an employer you are ready for senior staff responsibility, not just an entry-level role.

The series uses a spiral curriculum. The same adaptation gaps you first met in Course 1 reappear here, but at a higher cognitive level. You feel the depth increase rather than the repetition. Where Course 2 taught you to do the work, Course 3 teaches you to understand the system in which the work lives.
